Our Commitment to the Environment

Mid-Atlantic Timberframes understands that trees are an important natural resource our planet needs to survive and thrive. In an effort to combat deforestation, we make sure all of the wood used in our timber products is sourced from well-managed forests where our suppliers plant as many as ten times the number of trees they harvest. In addition, the timber waste we produce in our manufacturing process goes on to further use. Read more about how we recycle timber waste on our blog.

Mid-Atlantic Timberframes is also proud to be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council^® (FSC® C164575), an independent, international nonprofit organization devoted to protecting the world’s forests.
